Pilot Coffee Roasters is a full-service roastery, cold brewery, training provider and café operator with seven locations across Toronto and wholesale accounts from coast to coast. The ethos of the brand – making great coffee and working with good people doing it holds true to this day, proven by its loyalty base. Founded by Andy and Jess Wilkin, under the name Te Aro Coffee Roasters then (2009), Pilot grew from a single roastery in Leslieville to an impressive 10-location café operator across Toronto within a 4-year span. I worked alongside the Creative Director as design and content hire number two, helping grow the design and marketing operations into a scaleable system during rapid expansion.
